Am I able to submit a refund for subscription-based products?

We're truly sorry if your experience with us fell short of your expectations, but from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for giving us a try!

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for subscriptions. All billing cycles that have already been paid and processed are non-refundable.

You are, however, free to cancel your subscription at any point in time. This will prevent you from being billed during your next billing cycle. 

To cancel your subscription, all you have to do is get in touch with us at contact@individualogist.com, click on the live chat bubble at the bottom, or call us at 1 888 487 3520, and we'll guide you through the cancellation process!
