Once you've successfully purchased your Natal Destiny Paradigm, the program will be unlocked once you've logged into https://natal.individualogist.com/user
Navigate to "Library" from the navigation menu, and tap on the Natal Destiny Paradigm icon to download instantly.
If it is not unlocked, please check that:
1. Your "billing email address" or "customer email address" matches the email address you use to log into the Natal Chart Platform.
2. You have refreshed the page at least once
3. You are logged into the correct account by clicking/tapping on your name in the navigation menu.
If you're not able to access your Natal Destiny Paradigm after making a successful purchase, do not panic! There is no doubt that you will rightfully receive what you purchased. All you have to do is get in touch with us at contact@individualogist.com and we'll sort it out! :)
